1. Is installation difficult?
No. The hydraulic frame is pre-assembled. Customers only need to connect several frame points and install the fabric. Most users complete installation within 20–30 minutes.
2. How strong is it in wind?
Compared with traditional tent carports, the hydraulic structure is more stable anddistributes force evenly. With proper ground fixing, it performs well in typical residential wind conditions.
3. How long does the fabric last under strong sun?
The fabric is 600D silver-coated Oxford. In strong sun conditions such as Australia, the typical lifespan is around 3–5 years, depending on usage and environment.
4. Can the fabric be replaced separately?
Yes. Replacement tarpaulin is available. Many customers purchase an extra fabric for future replacement, which also increases order value.
5. How does semi-automatic work?
The semi-automatic model uses a hydraulic assist system, making opening and closingsmooth and easy. It requires minimal effort and is suitable for most users.
6. What material is the frame made of?
The frame is made of stainless steel It is designed to handle daily use and moderate snow conditions.
7. Can the carport be fixed to the ground?
Yes. It can be fixed to different surfaces: • Concrete floors using expansion bolts • Soil/grass using ground stakes The front feet include a locking function and can also be secured with a combinationlock if needed.
8. How is the product packed?
One set is divided into two packages for easier transport and handling.
